Truck blocking cars in parking places

I really feel for the people on 28th and Magnolia street at times they are forced to endure huge diesel trucks rumbling down their street and being blocked in their drive ways because of the trucks blocking the street and then the diesel fumes and loud trucks engines idling and running causing several car alarms to go off. I am just waiting for a fire and the fire trucks having to try to get by the trucks in a emergency situation.

The cause of this truck traffic is the soy sauce factory on 28th in adeline . This factory has 3 loading areas but choses to use the one thats located in the middle of a residential block .
