Outcome?

Its probably the church super. He has to come by and do it at the right time. In Journal Square he would get in trouble. We now have more houses that do not put their garbage cans out of sight. Summit Ave has all concealed cans for several blocks and now that is changed. There is even a house that hangs its cans on the fence.

This needs to be addressed asap

I don't know if it has been fixed because I don't know what Victor did to resolve this
