The rear entrance of youville house has a trash can without a closing or securing lid. Squirrels have a field day with this barrel each morning and one rat was witnessed running through the neighbors yard in that direction yesterday morning. I believe the trash barrel should be secured / closed like all other residents must comply with during trash day. On Youville house property
