Local business put these heavy planters on sidewalk, illegally blocking pedestrian - especially handicap - right of way. Why? Perhaps to make twice a day deliveries easier?

Throngs of people arrive by ferry several times a day. These planters back people up who are headed into town an it simply is not right.

Please have the planters removed.
