This has not been addressed nor has it been fixed. I spoke to Mrs. Ocasio about addressing it so it should not be closed and it is a year and half old.

We are trying to have this tree grate addressed, but are unfortunately having complications due to the fact that it has now grown over the tree grate.
Please keep in mind that we are not trying to compromise the health of the tree in any fashion.

Hi Tony,
Yes, we removed the other tree grate by the playground, added topsoil to the empty one, removed the other small dead trees- but this one is a challenge. We made 2 attempts on removing this grate, and it would not budge.
I can add another half, but the preference was that it be removed entirely.

That is up to your team. I was trying to avoid injury or lawsuit.
