Description

I'm not sure if this can be 'taken care of' on this site or if I have to call Animal Control. There is a medium size, (I think) female dog always tied up in front of the house next to 124 Sheldon Terrace. I don't see a number on the house with the dog tied out. I don't think they're breaking any laws, I think the tether is as long as the law says it has to be, there are bowls near the dog, which I presume I have food and/or water in them, there is a dog house (igloo type) and a mattress. It is heartbreaking to see this dog all alone day after day. I was close by once when the mail person came and the dogs tail was wagging, hoping for ? something! a pat on the head? a treat? acknowledgement? Can anything be done?
