This is a vacant lot between 3413 Churchill Rd. and 3421 Churchill Rd. The owner of this lot is not keeping it properly maintained as required by City of Raleigh law, and the owner has not kept it maintained for months. It is completely overgrown and likely full of snakes and vermin.
