Hi Brian thanks for calling this in, we have a number of 'West End' tree & hedge / shrub issues we are working to improve. Contact the City Arborist jst@portlandmaine.gov for more information. We will be out to inspect this soon.

Hi Brian - We could also use volunteers to assist with pruning sprout or sucker growth from
the bases of trees, along with having extra 'eyes' out there reporting tree concerns. Contact
