Tenants from the Mandy bldg. at this address are putting their household trash in the Monitor Square park trash receptacles. This causes the bins to overflow and they are not able to be used for the doggie bag,can,bottle or food bag that park users or passerby need to dispose of.
These trash bins are not for tenant garbage and Mandy should make their tenants aware of this.
