Large pike of rotting garbage and trash behind 410 N Boulevard Pierce Arriw Management Apartment Building. Multiple reports given to Pierce Arrow with no response. Horrible rotting garbage smell with rats seen in this walkway facing Stuart Avenue and behind the 401 N. Boulevard building.
