middle of orchard rd if coming off of east main street, on your left has been uprooted by plow trucks and left a 3-4 inch gulley. large sections of asphalt are on the lawns of many residents. from my house to get to east main street I have to drive in the middle of the road til I get to east main - very dangerous, never mind the fact that my son or the neighborhood children can not safely ride bikes on this road.
