Description
A few months ago, the City removed a portion of the sidewalk that had been pushed up by roots. The roots were cut out too. Also, the tree was marked for removal. It has been a few months and nothing has been done since. Today, a man fell on the torn-up sidewalk and hurt his knee. I suspect others have tripped and/or will trip on it too. And the tree is getting closer to splitting. Thank you.

I was told that the city would be replacing the tree, but that hasn’t happened yet. Also, when it dies happen, do we have any input as to what type of tree goes there?
