That's awful, I'm sorry! They should care. One day they're going to get sued.

I actually did start a claim for personal injury, and was given the big runaround.. I contacted City Hall by e-mail, got no reply, so I made a visit,, and got referred to City Clerk, so I went there and a lady gave me her e-mail incorrectly, so I e-mailed Mr Smart himself.. and then got an e-mail from the same lady, this time with correct return address. I was told to find a Property Damage form, so I called and told her I needed the Personal Injury form, and was told there is no such thing, and that I have to write out a letter describing what happened, when and etc.. So that means, to prevent the claim that they never received it.. sending it certified with signature required.. Do you see what they are doing to me? hahaha
Another friend said he got the same kind of runaround when his tire got damaged from having to ride it over a big pothole.
