The house apparently closed yesterday and someone has spoken with the builder who bought the house. He assured her the property would be cleaned up by the end of the week. House was in foreclosure and property owner obviously did not care about the mess she left.

A city inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 6/14/2016. The inspector will also begin an unfit housing case.
