    Property at the corner of Sampson St and Union St in North Hills is a blight! Trash and debris all over lawn, grass over grown for weeks! Possibly an abandoned property...doors and windows are open and not secured. I have called the City twice already about this, yet it continues.

    Tried to pay for parking on Hargett St near corner of Blount St at 10:30 am on 3/4/16 in space 252. Parking meter could not accept coins as coins were already jammed in there. Tried to pay with credit card but meter wouldn't read it. Responded with "invalid card read".
