There seems to be construction of a large structure or home addition going on at 1233 High Street. The construction is in the backyard and the noise is primarily evenings after 5:00 pm weekdays and all day and evening on Saturdays and Sundays. Construction goes on until well past 10:00 pm on weekends.
I'm not aware of any permits being issued for this construction. Construction started in April of 2016.
