Description

I believe it was the city that came about 6-7 years ago and put patches of asphalt/concrete that it now deteriorating. There was a tree on city property that damaged the side walk in front of my house we have raised structure which gets a little dangerous in the winter, the tree was removed about 2 years ago. We were told at that time that someone would come out and investigate, but no one has ever come out. We are not sure if that is city responsibility to repair or the owners. If you can send someone out and let us know so we can be present that would be very helpful.
