A tree has leaned all the way in my backyard growing into my trampoline. It has a bird nest n now a baby bird fell out into the trampoline n the tree us getting closer to my back door. I tried to get it cut thru housing but Mrs.Coleman told me that's not their property that it's probably the city of new haven n I need help!!
