A. Starting Points parking area ( opposite 254 Bartholdi ave ) is litter strewn. Filled with fast food wrappers, bottles, cans, juice box, and everything else you can imagine. Aren't they required to maintain this property? They have reserved parking painted at the spots and signs indicating this. Yet they never clean up. Please help.
