My concern is, this is a private, paid lot where myself (I am a woman) and many of my colleagues park. We are employed by the New York State Bar Association. I assume the individual is intoxicated, but if he is in need of medical assistance I felt I should report it somehow. I'm also concerned that if he is intoxicated he will do damage to my and other vehicles legally parked in the lot. It is the lot directly across from the Answers Plante - Lower Sheridan Parking. I only have a PO Box address. My plate number is KGAGNON, Toyota Rav4. Thank you for your time and assistance. I appreciate it.
