FYI, they want you to call NPD...or they will come after you. It happened to me. This is a huge problem in Newport after the new contract with Waste Management. Very poor leadership from city council.

As these items have been illegally dumped in front of your property, filing a police report is standard procedure for any illegal behavior. By filing this report we can hopefully deter any future illegal activity. This step in the process is to protect the homeowner.

The items were gone when I returned home that evening. I assumed Clean City picked them up. Obviously someone did.
