Please have the extra dirt of the 4 western boxes on Fl Ave between 11th and 12th removed. This dirt and plastic tarps have been there for a number of years because no one has the man power and vehicle to clear this much dirt. Pleasr bring it back to the level of the sidewalk to avoid the run offs we are observing.
