Issue has not been fixed. My efforts in calling 911 as well as speaking with NCO officers, the building management, superintendent, community groups, and homeless service agencies did not resolve the situation.

Please inform our office of any 911 call you place (date and time). We'll bring it to the NCOs' attention again.

Whatever you do, don't give up. Either there is a breakdown in communication or someone is slow and/or lax on the job. In any case, if YOU go away the PROBLEM won't.

This is the same homeless person who sleeps on the sidewalk at the intersection of Flatbush and Caton in the summer, and who is often covered in excrement. When it gets colder he treats this building as his vacation home.

The NCO's told me they cannot help. I have submitted records of my 911 calls in an email directly to BC14.

It's simply incredible that NO ONE is willing to step up and take responsibility for this situation!

As I previously mentioned in an earlier reply and in my email I have been in close contact with the NCO's, specifically with P.O. Callander, P.O. Alava and Sgt. Blain. Sgt. Blain already informed me in May 2016 that they are unable to help this situation and this is why I reached out to CB14 for assistance.

I have already been reporting directly to the NCO's and had many conversations both via phone and texting.

Community Board 14 will continue to update the NYPD and Breaking Ground Homeless Services with the comments you provide here. NYPD & Homeless Services will be visiting the building again this weekend. Management has also been notified regarding the ongoing complaints and conditions.
