Thank you for reporting this issue to the City of Cambridge. We understand your concern with the safety of left turns to and from Fresh Pond Parkway. The City of Cambridge does not have jurisdiction over Fresh Pond Parkway and therefore we are unable to add traffic restrictions. We suggest that you contact the Department of Conservation (DCR) and Recreation at 508-820-1428. Please note that DCR has an ongoing study to evaluate traffic and safety along Fresh Pond Parkway and Mount Auburn Street. We suggest that you consider attending the next public meeting if possible to bring up your concerns.
