Description
The Train Tracks at this intersection leading from Brewer into Bangor have begun to separate and lift. I don't believe it's bad enough to cause a derailment, however if a vehicle hit it at the right angle, they could easily damage the undercarriage of their vehicle and even possibly pop a tire, it has a very thick, sharp edge. This damage has been progressing for a few years now, why it's not been repaired YET is beyond me. It NEEDS to be fixed. Please!

It seems that the responsibility for maintaining the crossing is tossed like a hot coal from the City to the State to the railroad company to the USDOT. Everyone seems to think that "the other guy" should bear the cost. The Federal Railroad Administration has some information:
