No lane striping can be seen during night hours. There are also no lane reflectors. This is a dark stretch with no artificial street lighting. These condition makes it nearly impossible for motorists to operate safely in their lanes.
This is at Harbor Bay Parkway between Doolittle and Maitland Drive.
