Thank you for your concern, unfortunately that particular area is maintained by the State DOT. They do the mowing on the state roads and Bloomfield Avenue is also known as Route 305. You may try calling the State DOT and reporting this problem to them. If you call Windsor Public Works at 860-285-1855, we can discuss this matter further.
