It seems to happen with some frequency at this time of year. If it's not blocking the street or anyone's driveway, it's likely within the scope of parking regulations. And it's not likely to be there for more than a week or so at most.
Well, it's taking up two parking spaces in a congested residential area. A car without a permit would get a ticket. I hope it's not there for a week...
