I live across the street at 920 S Washington, and have noticed a brown sofa outside the back door for over three weeks. I face the front of the building so I have not witnessed any drug dealing or prostitutes. They do take care of the front lawns, in general is seems like an affordable place for people to live, they just need better management. It is jungle like in an area next to the river trail behind 927, with little paths going into the woods, last year someone set up a tent in there. It may be city property, perhaps fencing would keep people out of that area. They have also been setting off load fire works back there for the last weeks at sun set. It disturbs any wild life in the area as the birds come flushing out of the trees when they shot them off.
