Myriad of issues that have gone on too long:

People selling and doing drugs on the roof and under the stairs on almost a daily basis. Many likely coming from the river street pub. When it's obvious to everyone in the neighborhood but not the Troy police that's a big problem.

Almost got hit in the head with a full soda can a bunch of kids were throwing off the roof the other night as well. This also would explain the constant littering that goes on inside the garage as there are beer bottles and broken glass around constantly. It's a disgrace.

Clean up your city Troy. It shouldn't be that difficult to check an open parking garage on a nightly basis when there are tons of laws being broken there.
