The situation was forward to Ms. Coulter of Republic Recycle Service. She informed me that the issue will be addressed today.

This should not have been closed. The issue was never taken care of by the recycling company.

This issue was turned over to Republic Recycle yesterday so they can address the issue that's why it was closed. This is the response I received from Republic once I sent them the information on the situation.

The extra recycling still has not been collected. No one from recycling contacted me. I do not think that this should be closed yet. I have been trying to get them to take this cardboard and stuff for several weeks.

The resident has move the recycle off the street and back up to the house. Republic employees are not allowed to go onto the residents property to pick up the recycle. If the resident put the recycle back on the street and call the office I can get the issue resolved. 404-270-7142

Here's the response I just received from Republic Recycle.

Hi Ryan,

I just confirmed with dispatch that lead driver did go by on Tuesday afternoon and serviced full recycle cart. He did not service the extra boxes at that time but did return same afternoon and all of the items were gone from the curb.
Please let us know what you find out. We will have driver go back by end of business today to clean up if needed.

Once the resident put the recycle back to the street and call me I can get Republic to pick up the recycle.

How am I supposed to leave it on the street when Inspections will tag me for having it out there all week? EP sanitation came by just now and picked up the excess cardboard that the recycling folks did not pick up yet. They were helpful and professional. Thank you. This can be closed now.

This issue has been closed. Resident advised the Sanitation Dept. addressed the issue and the matter was resolved.
