There is a large pool of water at the parking lot that is always present from the lawn irrigation in Highland Park, it is FULL of mosquito larva and the park is overrun with TONS of mosquitos. Please please have the Parks Dept look into providing drainage and redirecting the sprinkler system to solve this problem which is both an incredible nuisance and a public health issue. Thanks!
