For months this white Toyota Yaris parks on or around Hughes Place. It is often not moved for days but conveniently is moved for street sweeping. There is an area 5 permit from a previous year hung in the rearview mirror. Parking department please ticket accordingly. The owner of this car should pay the permit fee to park here like every one else. They don't deserve any special treatment.
