i had a man doing the same thing with his dog i asked him politly to please clean it up he went home got a plastic bag came back and he did clean it up i thanked him and that was the end never came back to my area again.

I would take ONE more opportunity to tell her 'IT IS ILLEGAL TO LET YOUR DOG POOP AND NOT CLEAN IT UP'. City of NH Municipal Code Sec. 7-4. states that "Animals not to be permitted at large; fouling of public places; removal of feces". Then I would ask her if she doesn't want her dog to poop in front of her own house, why would you want it to poop in front of yours? If she doesn't clean it up, I would take her picture (face and clothing) and call the police. Wait for the patrol officer and show him the picture, if you can, give him her address and let him know you want them to address this issue as IT IS AGAINST THE LAW and she should be issued a ticket!
