Description

This car -out of state with no parking permit-continues to park 8 hours a day, everyday, for at least a month now. Received one ticket in that entire time but continues to park on 2 hour Zone 1 streets. Now he moves car mid-day to another street and again avoids tickets. Signs say: "Limit 2 Hours in Zone 1" but yesterday he got no ticket. Our streets are not his free parking lot. Please ticket after the two hour limit AND tow.
