Thank you for replacing the water meter cover, but it is the storm sewer cover in the Driveway that is loose. It is the round disk, "man hole cover " about 2 feet in diameter. If you put your feet on it, it rocks back and forth. Same when you drive over it. This is what needs tightening please. It has been this way at least 6 months.

will need to check on Monday, I believe storm drainage is private in Keystone Lakes, water and sewer are City.
