Description

Beach wall at end of Botsford Avenue has no fence and is crumbling; high tides and storms have damaged it and the town hasn't addressed in several years. Conditions are now dangerous. Front concrete face fell off wall; rusty pipes and bars exposed; 6+ foot unfenced drop to the beach; wall slab crumbling at top of steps, etc.
