A regular drunk ( latino male adult) on the plaza gave bystanders the finger. No one paid attention. Then he threw his can of beer at bystanders and missed. No one paid attention still. He yelled This Is Mexico! while standing on the BART Plaza no where near Mexico then left for more beer because he threw down the can he had with beer.
Looks like this one is likely going to be paased out drunk or dead in some alley soon enough
