Appreciate your involvement LCI but I really want the health department to address this. This is not front yard parking. They are parking in the back which has caused this health issue of ruts with stagnant water pooling when it rains. With children and several pregnant neighbors this is a serious health issue with the opportunity for mosquitoes to breed. Zika and other disease could come into play. If you could get the health department to address this issue I would appreciate it. It's been over a month since I reported this to them.

I do not think anything is going to be done regarding this situation of large muddy ruts where every time it runs stagnant water accumulates and sits for at least 4-5 days. It has been close to two months and still nothing has been done. I would like this issue addressed by the health department. It was assigned to Roz (a health inspector). Why has nothing been done. Is it because by the time she gets around to looking at this (if she has at all) there is no longer water sitting. If that is the case....anyone with half a brain can see the ruts and the dirt and clearly will know every it rains water will accumulate.

Why is it closed? Nothing was done. I guess I will have to go to the next level.
