I am back

I am filing this complaint again as it seems nothing is being done. My neighbors have been parking there cars on there back lawn. Because of that there are ruts and dirt that fills with water when it rains and the stagnant water sits there for 4-5 days. This is clearly a health department issue because of a very likely chance this is a breeding ground for mosquitos. It is almost 2 months if not already 2 months since this was given to the health department. This is health inspector Roz's area. As far as I can see she has done nothing. Everything remains the same. Now my neighbors grass is getting high also. Last time they had it cut they let it grow up to about 12" and in some areas over that. Within another week or so if they do not have it cut it will reach that height again. Wondering if someone from LCI could talk to them about this being a violation. I also am wondering if someone else from the health department could take care of the water accumulation issue also. Thank you, Elaine Braffman
