Is anyone else bothered by this???

There is a lot of us concerned by these illegal dumping/ encampments. The city and PWD can only post a 72 hour vacate notice if you a lucky and they just move around the corner. These people are all over Oakland but mostly in the poor neighborhoods. My advice make them unwelcome and uncomfortable they will move on.
