Descrizione

Seems like a monthly issue with people filling up the trash bins and alleyway between 9th and 10th Ave NE between Bay and Oak with yard debris. This location has been flagged by neighbors numerous times but so far the culprits have not been fined. Personally. I have received a cease and desist letter from the city and the city has unsuccessfully attempted to fine my neighbor...both of which are not the offenders. This reoccurrence has to stop. Can you see where I or my fellow neighbors can place our actual trash?
