If the vehicle appears to be operable and is not wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection is expired, then it is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being operable or appearing to be operable (ie: no flat tires, no drive-train hanging under the car, etc.) and having one expired sticker is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection have expired is a Junk Motor Vehicle.

This is the same rental property that had 2 vehicles that had been broken into and were left sitting for months with plastic over the windows. Very sad that a nice neighborhood has to deal with this.

The Code Officer for the area reported that this is not a junk vehicle.
