Instead of picking up all of the trash accumulating in their weeds behind their house. We learned that they do not have trash service. They collect it in black bags and put it on the top of the burgundy SUV until they can take it to their dropping off spot. In addition in the back yard which can be seen from the highway, it is a horrible site. This needs to be cleaned up and having no regular trash service is UNACCETABLE. It is unsanitary and unsightly.
