Car owner of two Chevrolet Caprices are parked on taxpayers/city sidewalks on Dorset Rd blocking sidewalks forcing patrons to walk out in the street which often times the parked cars are also obstructing traffic causing potentially dangerous situations. Also BOTH cars are missing front VA license plate. And BOTH cars have the same VA back license plate numbers which is illegal as well. Cars need to be removed off sidewalk and off street. Cars need to be legally registered and or moved out of sight. Unsightly and dangerous. THANK YOU!
