A homeless man is camping under the southwest freeway overpass at the 1300th block of Wheeler St. He is accumulating a large amount of trash which has now has attracted vermin.

After speaking with several officers and neighbors in the area, I am under the impression that we must CONTINUE to report this issue to not only 311 but also:

In addition, it is also in property owners best interest to obtain a trespassing affidavit from the police station (St Emmanuelle & Gray).
I keep seeing an officer presence but more and more tents. Please keep on this and encourage your neighbors to do so.
