Limb Branch hanging from large oak tree on Woodbridge Ave side. Tree is in tree belt adjacent to driveway. The limb hangs vertically over driveway and is too high to reach with a ladder. Cannot use driveway as limb could injure persons and damage vehicles Thank you.
