I spoke directly with the tenants yesterday to let them know to stop parking in the front lawn and to start mowing the alley when they mow the rest. They seemed very agreeable to this, so hopefully these 2 things will no longer be issues. (I also informed the landlord of the situation.) Thanks for using Hammond 311!
