Crowd today oversized for the park, all garbage cans are overflowing and it is only Saturday. Rules not followed or explained. Car returned to pavilion over grass and by playground to remove all the tables and chair the crowd brought in.

Dear "Neighbor." In the event you see activities like this again, please report the activities immediately to the Windsor Police Department by calling 860-688-5273. Public Works regularly tends to the garbage cans, but we will notify them of the overflow situation. Again, the issues you are reporting should really be reported to the police immediately and not via SeeClickFix. That way, town staff can address them immediately.

Police were called, but car had already left the park. Issue is also the registration process with the Rec Dept which should explain the maximum attendees allowable and parking restrictions to each applicant.

According to police, dispatch received a call about the issue at 6:49 p.m. If the issue reoccurs again , please try to call sooner.

With regard to the registration process at the Rec Department, Rec provides explicit directions about maximum attendees during the application process. Furthermore, Rec calls the applicant a few days before their event starts and reminds them about the attendee restrictions. According to Recreation, the folks that used the Park on Saturday did not rent the facility.
