Nothing has been done about this pool. No visits from Code Compliance. The fence around it is caving in. The pool has no cover and is full of black rainwater and leaves. The mosquitos are so bad they render the surrounding yards uninhabitable. The yard is a safety hazard and a public nuisance. It has been like this for YEARS. I have contacted Code Compliance with no response. I have contacted my city council person, who has passed it on to Code Compliance with no response. What else can be done?

This house has now essentially been abandoned. The owners have moved out and relocated out of state. The pool is covered (barely) by a tarp, which is itself full of black water and leaves. The wooden fencing around the pool is collapsing and the entire thing is a safety hazard.

Swimming pool has been removed.
